Glowtrack Studio Bass Booster

Bass Booster

Boost the bass of any song — free, in your browser. Pick light, heavy or car-subwoofer presets, set how deep the boost goes, and download an MP3 or WAV with a built-in limiter so it doesn’t distort. Nothing is uploaded.

How it works

  1. Drop in a songAny audio file from your device. The medium bass boost is ready to play.
  2. Dial in the bassPick a preset, then set the amount and the frequency while it plays. The curve shows exactly what’s being boosted.
  3. DownloadMake an MP3, M4A or WAV — the limiter keeps the peaks clean so the boosted file doesn’t crackle.

More bass, without the distortion

Low shelfEverything below the frequency you pick is lifted by the amount you set, smoothly, like the bass knob on a stereo.
No clippingBoosting bass makes the peaks bigger. A look-ahead limiter catches them, so the file stays clean instead of crackling.
Sub vs punchAround 40–60 Hz is the deep rumble you feel; 80–120 Hz is the punch you hear on smaller speakers.
TightenCuts the inaudible rumble below 30 Hz, which wastes headroom and can make speakers flap.

FAQ

Is my song uploaded?

No. Everything happens inside your browser on your own device — the processing, the preview and the final file. Your audio is never sent anywhere.

How much bass boost is too much?

Above about +12 dB most songs start to sound muddy and the limiter has to work hard. The extreme preset is there if you want the effect anyway.

Why does the boosted song sound a little quieter overall?

To make room for the extra bass, the rest of the song is turned down slightly before the limiter. The bass ends up louder relative to everything else, which is what you hear as “more bass”.

Can I cut the bass instead?

Yes — use the Bass cut preset or drag the boost below zero. It’s useful for muddy recordings, voice notes or small speakers that rattle.

Is this good for car audio?

Try the Car subwoofer preset, which lifts around 65 Hz and tightens the sub-rumble. Every car is different, so adjust it while listening.

Can I hear the difference?

Yes. Press Compare with original while it plays to flip between the untouched song and your version at the same spot.

Can I upload the result to YouTube, TikTok or Spotify?

Only if you own the song or have permission. An edited version of someone else’s recording is still their recording, and platforms’ copyright systems will usually match it. You’re responsible for what you upload; for your own music, go for it.

Is it free?

Yes — free, no sign-up and no watermark, at full length. The site is supported by the ads on the page.
