How do I cut the beginning off a video?
Drag the left handle to where you want the video to start (or play to that point and press “Start here”), leave the end where it is, and press Trim video.
Can I remove a part from the middle?

Will trimming lower the quality?
“Fast” mode doesn’t touch the quality at all. “Exact” mode re-encodes at a high bitrate, which is visually the same for almost every video.
